Pics From Last Term

Here are some pictures from the College Age Retreat and Drexel University during this past term. It was fun, God was good, and looking forward to this semester (trimester for Drexel). Thanks to Rachel for taking the College Age retreat pics and to whomever took that picture from Drexel.

the challenge

This year, I have decided to take up a challenge. similar to the systematic challenge, but on a broader scale (and perhaps more manageable).

Over winter break, I was able to sit down and pick up a book to read. (This is something I have not done in a long time.)

Afterwards, I realized how much I had actually enjoyed that time! and missed reading books. Real, physical, have-to-turn-the-page books.

As a result, this year I intend to read 52 books. One per week. Starting January 4.

So far, I've read The Pursuit of God by A.W. Tozer - so I'm on schedule.

I think we should look to be reading a lot more. It's a good usage of time - and plus there are tons of good books out there.
